I asked the server about it and she said that is just the way the meet is trimmed from the supplier. The best part of a ribeye, the cap (spinalis) had been removed. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare with good seasoning. not mention this to the server though.įor dinner I ordered the 16 oz bone-in prime ribeye. No excuse for a nice restaurant to forget that. A Manhattan should contain a Luxardo cherry. I was well made with one nice large square ice cube, but there was one problem, there was no cherry.
